I joined the Rec Center.  
NEVER in my life did I expect to be putting all of those words, in that order, in the same sentence.  I'm doing something called "The Lunch Crunch".  It's a series of 45 second workouts with a jog (HA!) around the gym in between.  Sometimes it's killer.  Sometimes it's not so bad.  The only bad thing is the time of day.  I sweat and my hair goes flat.  Ugh.  The good part? It's a small group, so sometimes it's like having a personal trainer.  Love that.  Right now I suck.  I'm so disappointed that I've lost everything I had when I was kickboxing.  But like I told the instructor - I want to get that back.  I want to be that strong again. Good for you! I started walking and I'm taking a yoga class once a week.
